Job Description

A.N. Dacles Realty is looking for an Events Specialist to plan and execute property-related events, client gatherings, and promotional activities. You will be responsible for creating memorable experiences that strengthen client relationships and showcase the company’s real estate offerings in the Philippine market.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conceptualize, plan, and manage property launches, open houses, and client appreciation events
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
Develop event marketing materials and collaborate with the marketing team for promotions
Monitor budgets, timelines, and logistics for each event
Evaluate event success and prepare post-event reports

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Events Management, or related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
Prior experience in events planning or coordination is an advantage

Job Description

Compensation & Growth

Base salary range: ₱18,000–₱25,000 per month
