Job Description

A.N. Dacles Realty is seeking a Marketing Officer to drive brand awareness and generate leads through creative campaigns. You will play a key role in promoting properties, strengthening client engagement, and supporting the company’s growth in the Philippine real estate market.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies for property listings and company promotions
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content tailored to target audiences
Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals
Organize events, open houses, and promotional activities to attract potential buyers
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on ROI and market trends

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Experience in real estate marketing is an advantage but not required
