Job Description

Join A.N. Dacles Realty as a Sales Agent and help clients find their dream homes and investment properties. You will be the frontliner in building strong client relationships, guiding buyers through the real estate process, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
  • Conduct property viewings and present listings to potential buyers.
  • Assist clients with documentation, financing options, and closing transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

  • At least a college level or graduate of any course (Business, Marketing, or Real Estate preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales experience is an advantage but not required (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced real estate environment
  • Must be based in Iloilo and open to fieldwork

Compensation & Growth

  • Competitive commission-based earnings (₱30,000–₱80,000 per successful sale)
